Cracked It is London’s pop-up-at-your-workplace smartphone repair service, staffed by young ex-offenders and youth at risk. Cracked It was named Social Enterprise of the Year 2018 by the Centre for Social Justice, and one of ‘London’s best iPhone fixers’ by the Evening Standard. This innovative company has resulted in bringing young offenders and phone repair together. 29% of people have a smashed phone and there has been a 19% increase in youth violence in 2018 - Cracked It solves both problems simultaneously.

“It's not about reinventing the wheel, it’s about bringing together a series of random things you’re curious about in a configuration that’s never been done before.”
