Founded in 2009, ARTIQ’s mission is to ensure fair pay for artists and to bridge the gap between the art and business worlds. Through intelligent art curation, ARTIQ enables businesses to utilise the power of art to improve wellbeing, communicate brand and enhance guest experience. It works with a portfolio of workplace, hospitality and residential clients from across the EMEA region to bring outstanding art to outstanding spaces.
ARTIQ clients are proud art patrons; through working with ARTIQ, its clients contribute to the development of a sustainable arts economy, offering a regular income for artists and fair exposure for their work. ARTIQ is engaged in a variety of public initiatives from public art installations to charity art auctions and the annual Graduate Art Prize. To date, ARTIQ has paid over £5 million to artists, makers and institutions, with 75% of that being paid in the last three years.
